Despite the fact that it has been barely a month since there was a jackpot win of $145K at popular online slots site Slotland.com, the site has announced yet another win on its progressive jackpot.
Marianne M, a toy company project manager, using the pseudonym “WYNDSTAR”, took down Slotland.com’s progressive jackpot for $83,979 in cash last Friday playing the popular Striking 7s video poker game.
The lucky winner has been a regular player at Slotland.com ever since March 2009 and enjoys the site’s unique games and its’ fair wagering requirements on promotional bonuses.
Marianne M revealed that on the night of her big win she had logged on to Slotland.com to try out the new game, Jewels of the Ancients but later decided to switch to her favourite video poker game, Striking 7s where she struck it lucky. She intends taking her boyfriend on a holiday to South America, investing part of her win and saving the rest.
This recent win is Slotland.com’s third big jackpot win this year. A new player walked off with $104K playing the Booster slot machine in January and there was a massive win of $145K on Lucky Ducts at the end of February.
Michael Hilary, the Manager at Slotland.com, stated that although the jackpot can be won at any time there is usually six to eight weeks between wins. He added that despite the fact that the jackpot did not have time to get up to $100K or $150K this time, as it usually does, he is certain that the winner is happy just the same.
