British No.1 Andy Murray has revealed that he is very happy with way his relationship with new coach Ivan Lendl is developing.
Even those looking at the Best Roulette Online will be keen to note that Murray takes on Frenchman Edouard Roger-Vasselin in the second round of the Australian Open on Thursday after overcoming difficult conditions to defeat American Ryan Harrison in the first round.
Some have criticised Murray for taking over three hours to defeat the youngster in four sets, but given the conditions, he feels he did a good job and is pleased that his coach understands the situation.
Referring to his coach, the Scotsman said: “He was very happy. He understands how you might be feeling at the start of a Grand Slam, what its like to play against someone that you havent played against, what its like playing in different conditions, how you feel in really warm conditions.”
“Its just good to have someone there that understands all of those things.”
“Someone maybe without the experience might walk in and be like: what the hell were you doing in the first set? What were you playing at in the first six or seven games?”
He understands the feelings that you go through. Once I started moving better, I played better and the last few sets were good.”
Continuing the discussion about the conditions in Australia, Murray said: “Some weeks you feel very comfortable in the conditions straight away and sometimes it takes a few matches.”
“It was incredibly hot and the balls were bouncing up very high whereas it has been cool.”
And this court particularly reacts a lot to the temperature. It took me a little while to adjust to that.”
Also, Ive never played or hit against him before, so it always takes a bit of time to get used to the guy youre playing. But once I did, I started to play better.”
Overall, Murray was pleased to make it through and would settle for the same again on Thursday. After all, there is no point finding your best form at this stage of the competition.
Murray will hope he can slowly build momentum and hit a purple patch for the latter stages of the tournament. Then, who knows, those who Play Online Slots could be backing him to celebrate appointing a new coach with his first major win.
